7.1 Recurring Billing Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the selected delivery interval until cancellation.

7.5 Confirmation & Notices
After subscribing, you will receive confirmation including renewal terms and cancellation instructions. Renewal reminders will be sent where required by law.
8. Third-Party Services
The Site may link to third-party platforms (including marketplaces, payment processors, social media, or analytics providers). URVI is not responsible for their policies, content, or services.
Transactions conducted on third-party platforms are governed solely by their terms.
9. Intellectual Property

We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties

14. Limitation of Liability

URVI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO URVI IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS
Some states do not allow limitations — in those states, liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold URVI harmless from claims arising from:

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of law or third-party rights
16. Informal Dispute Resolution (Required First Step)
Before filing arbitration, you must email hello@ur-vi.com describing the dispute.
Both parties agree to attempt resolution for 60 days before formal proceedings.
This provision helps resolve disputes faster and reduces legal costs.
17. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Except where prohibited by law:
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its consumer rules.
You waive:

Jury trial

Class actions
-
Representative proceedings
Small claims court claims may still be brought individually.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
